I consent that while my image captured by the Neutrogena® Skin360™ App will be deleted from the company records; my personal details collected (“Personal Information”), will be stored, processed, and utilized by JNTL Consumer Health (India) Private Limited and its third party service providers (for Neutrogena® Skin360™ and related marketing updates) in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Notice. Such information may be stored in a location outside of India (in a manner consistent with Indian regulations).
I further consent that the information as shared with JNTL Consumer Health (India) Private Limited, will be utilized for purposes of direct marketing, including updating me about relevant product updates and reaching out with an email communication containing my Neutrogena® Skin360™ scan results and recommendations. I understand that JNTL Consumer Health (India) Private Limited will retain my personal information, for above mentioned purposes (in compliance with applicable statute).
